शिकायत कैसे दर्ज करें?How do I register a grievance?
ऊपर "दर्ज करें" पर अपना नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, पता और समस्या का विवरण भरें। जमा करते ही आपको BN- से शुरू होने वाला एक शिकायत नंबर मिल जाएगा।Under "Register" above, fill in your name, mobile number, address and a description of the issue. As soon as you submit, you get a complaint number starting with BN-.
अपनी शिकायत की स्थिति कैसे देखें?How do I check the status?
"स्थिति देखें" टैब पर जाकर अपना शिकायत नंबर या वही मोबाइल नंबर डालें जिससे शिकायत दर्ज की थी।Go to the "Track Status" tab and enter your complaint number, or the same mobile number you registered with.
क्या मैं सीधे मिल भी सकता हूँ?Can I also meet in person?
जी हाँ। रोजाना सुबह 8:00 से 10:00 बजे तक कार्यालय — गली नं. 16 बी, करण विहार, नोतना निवास, करनाल — पर मिल सकते हैं। बाकी समय मैं क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध रहता हूँ।Yes. You can meet at the office — Gali No. 16 B, Karan Vihar, Notna Niwas, Karnal — daily between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. For the rest of the day I am available out in the field.
