मैं एक मेहनतकश और सम्मानित किसान परिवार से आता हूँ — एक ऐसा परिवार जिसकी देश-सेवा और जन-सेवा की जड़ें बहुत गहरी हैं।I belong to a hardworking and respected agricultural (farmer) family with a deep-rooted history of serving the nation and the public.

पिताजी की विरासतMy father's legacy

मेरे स्वर्गीय पिता श्री ऋषिपाल नोतना जी एक सच्चे देशभक्त थे, जिन्होंने 24 वर्ष भारतीय सेना में सेवा की। 1997 में सेना से सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद उन्होंने अपना जीवन समाजसेवा को समर्पित कर दिया। अवैध कॉलोनियों में रह रहे नागरिकों के अधिकारों के लिए उन्होंने तत्कालीन चौटाला सरकार के खिलाफ एक ऐतिहासिक लड़ाई लड़ी। उनके निरंतर संघर्ष से 2004 में 'करण विहार कॉलोनी' को आधिकारिक मंजूरी मिली, और वे इसके अत्यंत सम्मानित प्रधान रहे। 31 दिसंबर 2004 को एक सड़क दुर्घटना में उनका निधन हो गया।My late father, Shri Rishipal Notna Ji, was a true patriot who served in the Indian Army for 24 years. After retiring from the military in 1997, he dedicated his life to social service. He fought a historic battle against the then Chautala government for the rights of citizens living in unapproved colonies. Through his relentless struggle, 'Karan Vihar Colony' was officially approved in 2004, and he served as its highly respected President. Tragically, he passed away in a road accident on 31 December 2004.

परिवार का समर्पणMy family's dedication

हमारे परिवार ने उनका मिशन आगे बढ़ाया। मेरी माता श्रीमती हरनंदी नोतना ने 2013 में नगर निगम चुनाव लड़ा और बेहद कड़े मुकाबले में महज 90 वोटों से चूक गईं। बाद में मेरी भाभी श्रीमती नीलम नोतना ने 2018 में भारी अंतर से नगर निगम चुनाव जीता।Our family continued his mission. My mother, Smt. Harnandi Notna, fought the MC election in 2013 and lost by a mere 90 votes in a closely contested battle. Later, my sister-in-law, Smt. Neelam Notna, won the MC election in 2018 with a massive margin.

मैं राजनीति में क्यों आयाWhy I entered politics

मैंने राजनीति में कदम पूरी तरह जनता की सेवा के मकसद से रखा। मेरे मुख्य उद्देश्य हैं:I stepped into politics purely with the motive of serving the public. My primary objectives are:

• गरीब और वंचित वर्ग को उसका पूरा हक और बुनियादी अधिकार मिलें।To ensure that the poor and underprivileged get their rightful dues and basic rights.
• हमारे अन्नदाता किसानों के हितों की रक्षा हो और उन्हें उनके पूरे अधिकार मिलें।To safeguard the interests of our farmers (Annadatas) and ensure they get their complete rights.
• ऐसी व्यवस्था बने कि आम जनता को अपने कामों के लिए दफ्तर-दफ्तर भटकना न पड़े।To establish a system where the general public does not have to wander from pillar to post for administrative work.
• बची हुई सभी अवैध कॉलोनियों को नियमित कराकर उन्हें आधुनिक नागरिक सुविधाओं से लैस करना।To get all remaining unapproved colonies officially authorised and equipped with modern civic amenities.

राजनीतिक यात्राPolitical journey

मेरे परिवार और मेरी जनता के भरोसे और राजनीतिक सेवा की यात्रा लंबी रही है:My family and I have a long-standing journey of public trust and political service:

• 2004 — पिताजी ने करण विहार कॉलोनी को मंजूरी दिलाई और इसके प्रधान रहे।My father secured the approval for Karan Vihar Colony and served as its President.
• 2013 — माता श्रीमती हरनंदी नोतना ने नगर निगम चुनाव लड़ा, जनता का अपार समर्थन मिला, सिर्फ 90 वोटों से चूकीं।My mother, Smt. Harnandi Notna, contested the MC elections and secured immense public support, missing the mark by just 90 votes.
• 2018 — भाभी श्रीमती नीलम नोतना ने भारी अंतर से नगर निगम चुनाव जीता।My sister-in-law, Smt. Neelam Notna, contested and won the MC election with a huge margin.
• 2025 — मैंने भाजपा के टिकट पर नगर निगम चुनाव लड़ा और भारी अंतर से ऐतिहासिक जीत दर्ज की।I contested the Municipal Corporation election on a BJP ticket and registered a historic victory with a massive margin.
• संगठनात्मक भूमिकाएँ — पहले जिला उपाध्यक्ष, भाजपा युवा मोर्चा; वर्तमान में जिला उपाध्यक्ष, भाजपा किसान मोर्चा।Organisational roles — previously District Vice President of BJP Yuva Morcha; currently District Vice President of BJP Kisan Morcha.
