लंबे समय से उपेक्षित कॉलोनियों को आधिकारिक तौर पर मंजूरी दिलाई — करण विहार, दुर्गा कॉलोनी, उत्तम नगर, पृथ्वी विहार और कृष्णा कॉलोनी।Successfully got long-neglected colonies officially approved, including Karan Vihar, Durga Colony, Uttam Nagar, Prithvi Vihar and Krishna Colony.
इन कॉलोनियों में सभी जरूरी बुनियादी सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराईं — पक्की गलियाँ, सही सीवरेज व्यवस्था, पीने के पानी की आपूर्ति और स्ट्रीट लाइटें।Provided all essential basic amenities in these colonies, including paved streets, proper sewerage systems, drinking water supply and street lights.
सूरज नगर की वर्षों पुरानी तालाब-पानी की समस्या का सफलतापूर्वक समाधान किया, और सभी कॉलोनियों में बरसाती पानी की सही निकासी लागू करवाई।Successfully resolved the chronic pond-water drainage issue in Suraj Nagar and implemented proper stormwater drainage across colonies.
महिलाओं की सुरक्षा और जन-सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए हर मुख्य चौराहे पर हाई मास्ट लाइटें लगवाईं।Installed High Mast Lights at every major intersection to ensure women's safety and public security.
पूर्वांचल समाज की आस्था का सम्मान करते हुए उत्तम नगर में एक स्थायी और भव्य छठ पूजा घाट का निर्माण करवाया।Honouring the faith of the Purvanchal community, we constructed a permanent and grand Chhath Puja Ghat in Uttam Nagar.
क्षेत्रवासियों के अच्छे स्वास्थ्य, सुबह की सैर और मनोरंजन के लिए 7 एकड़ में फैला एक विशाल पार्क विकसित किया।Developed a sprawling 7-acre park for the good health, morning walks and recreational activities of the residents.

करण विहार और पृथ्वी विहार के बचे हुए अवैध हिस्सों को आधिकारिक तौर पर नियमित कराना। इसके लिए प्रशासनिक फाइलें लगातार आगे बढ़वाई जा रही हैं।Getting the remaining unapproved sections of Karan Vihar and Prithvi Vihar officially regularised. The administrative files for this are being actively pushed.

रोजाना जनसुनवाई और तुरंत शिकायत-निवारण का अभियान लगातार चलता रहता है।My daily public-hearing and immediate grievance-redressal campaign runs continuously.
